I have identified the solution to the problem of rare, vegan
friendly restaurants by building a restaurant with all vegan options with
decent prices near campus to offer healthier choices and satisfy this need. Students
can stop searching around Gainesville for hours to find a vegan meal. This
restaurant will offer various choices on the menu that are all vegan friendly.
Therefore, vegans can have a place to eat out without having to cook at home
all the time.
