As a vegan myself, I really like your idea. Although vegan food is becoming easier and easier to find in stores, there really aren't that many restaurant options. And usually if there are, they are pretty expensive. I've heard about some small vegan drive thrus on the west coast but unfortunately they won't make their way over here for a long time. I definitely would be a supporter!
